Plot Manipulation, also known as Event Manipulation, is the ability to alter, control, manipulate, correct, alter the course of history, or even write and delete stories. Technically all characters are able to alter the story with their choices (Cause and Effect; Action and Reaction). But not high enough to be considered. To be considered, the character in question must have the level of a writer. Be able to rewrite all past, present and future. This ability also allows to bring new things into existence and to make things cease to exist.
